锯末和稻杆流化特性的试验研究

摘  要:在D90 mm×990 mm有机玻璃制成的流化床中,对锯末、稻秆以及它们与几种惰性粒子组成的双组分混合物进行了试验研究,结果表明:锯末本身流化范围比较窄,与大于本身的粒子混合时,很容易出现分层现象,分层现象和混合质量比无关;与小粒径粒子混合时,流化情况可以得到改善,并且锯末的质量比越小,流化状态越好。长为0.8 mm稻秆不能流化,与河沙混合时,稻秆的质量比小于10%,可以流化,高于10%时不容易流化;当与大粒径的粒子混合时,流化情况明显得到改善,质量比越小,流化情况越好。根据预测双组分混合物的最小流化速度公式计算,发现在生物质质量比较低的时候,试验值和预测值吻合较好。In the D90 min×990mm fluidized bed made of plexiglass, sawdust and rice stalk as well as theirs binary mixture of particles consisting of the sawdust, rice stalk and several inert particles were investigated. The results showed that the fluidized range of the sawdust is relatively nan'ow and easy to stratify when mixed with greater particles, and the stratification had no relation to mixed-mass ratio. In contrast, the fluidization can be improved when mixed with small particles, meanwhile, the smaller the quality of sawdust, the better the fluidization. Rice straw of 0.8 mm length can not be fluidized, when mixed with sand, the quality of the rice straw is less than 10%, it may be fluidized, and more than 10% it is not easy to fluidize. When mixed with large particle size, the fluidization of rice straw is significantly improved, and the smaller the quality of rice straw, the better the fluidization. According formula calculation for minimum fluidization velocity of two-component mixtures, it is found that the experimental values and predicted values are in good agreement when the mass flow of biomass is relatively low.
