摘　　要：针对数字图像的DWT系数分布特点,提出一种基于置乱技术和小波变换的数字水印算法。嵌入水印之前,利用Arnold置乱变换对原始水印信息作变换,根据视觉系统(HVS)模型将水印嵌入到经过小波变换的宿主图像中。实验结果表明,该算法在对嵌入水印后的图像进行有损压缩、剪切、旋转、滤波、添加噪声等处理后,提取的水印表现出了较好的鲁棒性。In view of the distributing feature of DWT coefficients , an wartermark algorithm based on discrete wavelet transform（DWT） and Arnold transform is represented. The watermark image is first transformed by Arnold transform to an unmeaning image in the fild, and the positions of embedding the secret image are obtained by exploiting the characteristics of the human visual system （HVS） .The experiments prove that the algorithm has a good robustness for some image processing operations such as JPEG loss compression, cropping, rolling, filtering, blurring noise added and so on.
