摘　　要：我们对传统的ＡｃｈＥ细胞化学染色方法做了改进，在毛细血管内皮细胞的核膜、细胞膜、粗面内质网及红细胞中清晰地显示了ＡｃｈＥ。AchE were located in neuron, endothelial cells of capillary and erythrocyte. There were a lot of reports that showed neurons by means of AchE cytochemical method. But we were not satisfied with the AchE distribution in capillary. We changed traditional AchE cytochemical method, so that we could show AchE in erythrocyte and nuclear membrane, cell membrane and rough surfaced endoplasmic reticulum of endothelial cells in capillary clearly. Therefore, we got an effective method for the study of capillary.
