摘 要:针对河南某钼矿提供的试验矿样,通过粗选段小型试验,开展了对选钼新型捕收剂CSU-23的选矿试验。对CSU-23的捕收性能、矿石的适应性等方面进行了探讨。试验结果表明,该新药剂对矿石的适应性好,药剂选择性较强,捕收性能比煤油好,且用量少,能节约成本。在开路试验中,粗精矿品位比用煤油高0.38个百分点,回收率高5.65个百分点,闭路试验中,粗精矿品位比用煤油高0.354个百分点,回收率高3.08个百分点。Using an ore sample of a molybdenum industry company in Henan collector CSU -23 was made through the rough stage small experiment. The province, a beneficiation test to a new collecting property of CSU - 23, the adaptability to ore and other aspects were studied. The results showed that the adaptability, the selectivity and the collecting property were better than that of kerosene. The dosage of CSU - 23 was smaller than that of kerosene. Using CSU-23 as collector,the concentrate grade increased by 0.38% and the recovery of Mo increased by 5.65 % in the opencircuit experiment ;the concentrate grade increased by 0.354% and the recovery of Mo increased by 3. 08% in the closed - circuit experiment compared with the flotation indexes obtained by using kerosene as collector.
