摘　　要：本文阐述了计算机和法律复合型人才的培养目标,并结合培养目标提出了一套课程体系结构,最后结合目前计算机和法律高等教育的现状,分析了方案实施存在的困难,并针对困难提出了相应的解决方案。In this paper, the aim of the training of the compound talents of computer and law is given, a course framework is offered based on the aim, combined with current situation of computer and law higher education, analyzing difficultis of the scheme when it is put in practice and bringing forward resolves on them.
