摘　　要：加强图书馆信息咨询人员竞争情报意识的培养是信息资源建设的需要。通过问卷的形式,对徐州高校信息咨询人员的竞争情报意识进行了调查和分析,探讨了培养信息咨询人员竞争情报意识的对策。Strengthening the cultivation of competitive information consciousness of information consultants of library is the need of information resource construction.Through questionnaire,this paper makes investigation and analysis on the competitive information consciousness of information consultants of universities in Xuzhou City,and probes into some countermeasures for cultivating the competitive information consciousness of information consultants.
