摘　　要：介绍了网络商务信息资源的内涵及特点,探讨了网络商务信息资源管理的定位和现存问题,分析了网络商务信息资源管理模型的功能模块,并结合当前的技术环境和人文环境提出了参考模型。This paper introduces the connotations and features of network business information resources,probes into the positioning of and existing problems in network business information resources management,analyzes the functional modules of network business information resources management model,and connecting with the current technical environment and humanistic environment,advances the reference model.
