摘　　要：结合万家寨水利枢纽工程和龙口水利枢纽工程建设的实际,从水利水电工程建设的组织机构、项目招标、合同管理、材料设备供应、档案管理等方面探讨了龙口水利枢纽工程建设管理的有关问题。Connecting with the construction practices of Wanjiazhai Water Control Project and Longkou Water Control Project,this paper probes into some problems related to the construction and management of Longkou Water Control Project from aspects of the organizational structure,public bidding,contract management,materials and equipment supply,and archives management,etc.of the hydropower engineering.
