氟比洛芬酯用于阑尾切除术患者术后镇痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评估氟比洛芬酯注射液用于阑尾切除术患者术后镇痛的效果。方法选择ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级阑尾切除术患者60例，随机双育分为凯纷组和吗啡组，每组30例。凯纷组病人在手术前和手术结束后分别缓慢静脉注射凯纷50mg；吗啡组用硬膜外吗啡单次推注做术后镇痛，配方为2mg吗啡加10mg布比卡因用生理盐水稀释到6mL。采用视觉模拟评分WAS）法评估术后疼痛强度，记录术后6h、12h、24h、48hVAS评分，并观察和记录SBP、DBP、HR、SpO2，以及不良反应。结果两组VAS均≤5分，差异无显著意义；凯纷组的不良反应（恶心、呕吐、皮肤瘙痒、尿潴留）明显少于于吗啡组（p〈0．05）。结论氟比洛芬酯脂微球载体注射液用于阑尾切除术的术后镇痛，能有效减轻患者疼痛且不良反应少。Objective To assess efficacy and safety of flubipmfen axetil in the relief of postoperative pain of patients with appendectomy.Methods Sixty ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ patients were double-blinded and randomly divided into two groups of thirty patients（n=30）.One group was given flubiprofen axetil injection at 5mL （50mg） via vein before and after the operation, and the other was given morphine at 6mL （2rag） via epidural catheter after the operation. Recording SBP, DBP, HR, SpO2, visual analogue scales（VAS） at 6h, 12h, 24h, 48h after operation, and side effects.Result At any time point, there were no significant difference in VAS between two groups. The side-effects of nausea and vomiting,pruritus,urinary retention in group flubiprofen axetil were all significantly lower than those in group morphine（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Flubiprofen axetil for postoperative analgesia could provide satisfied analgesia effects for patients with appendectomy.
