试验性家犬塔内爆震早期血液流变性研究

摘  要:目的探讨试验性家犬塔内爆震早期血液流变性变化。方法健康成年杂种家犬24只,雌雄不拘,体重12.71±0.81kg。根据炸药质量及爆炸源距离试验犬距离随机分为4组:A组6只,40g/1.0m;B组6只,80g/1.0m;C组6只,100g/1.0m;对照组6只。试验性家犬麻醉后同定于爆炸塔内致伤架上,胸部正对爆炸源,使其剑突部距地面垂直距离1.0m,于塔内爆震致伤,用VXI-1115型动态测试仪及PCB-137型自由场压力传感器采集塔内爆炸产生的压力数据。致伤后1h、3h、5h、12h观察呼吸、心率、血压、血气及血液流变指标变化。结果试验性家犬塔内致伤后呼吸浅快,30-60min后转为深慢呼吸,明皿慢于对照组;致伤后心律减慢,血压降低,较对照组差异明显;致伤后犬血气显示CO2积聚,PO2、SaO2及pH值降低,全血粘度、红细胞聚集指数升高,红细胞变形能力降低。结论试验性家犬塔内致伤后血液流变性有改变,原因与红细胞聚集指数升高、红细胞变形能力降低有关。Objective To study hemorheology of experimental dogs knocking in the tower.Methods 24 adult mongrel dogs, 12.71±0.81 kg weight, according to the weight of explosives and the distance between volume and source of explosion,the test dogs were randomly divided into four groups.Anesthetized.fixed in the tower,the source of explosion on the opposite side of chest,vertical dimension of xiphoid process to the ground 1.0m,were knocking in the tower.Explosion pressure dadt collected by VXI-I 115 dynamic monitoring system and PCB-137 free field pressure transducers.Observaton of breathing, heart rate,blood pressure,blood gas and hemorhenology changes after the injury 1.0h,3.0h,5.0h, 12.0h.Results The experimental dogs shallow breathing after after the injury turned to slow deep breathing after 30-60 minutes,obviously slower than the control group;cardiac rhythm step down and blood pressure lower after the injury,obviously different to the control group;Blood gas analysis after injury shows CO2gas build-up,PO2,SaO2 and pH lower.Whole blood viscosity,erythorcyte aggregation index increased and red blood cell deformability reduced.Conclusions The hemorheological changes related to erythrocyte aggregation index increased and red blood cell deformability reduced after knocking to experimental dogs.
