摘　　要：目的 观察人工合成材料Medpor薄片替代睑板植入,在修复眼睑缺损中的应用效果.方法 采用美国产9546型Medpor薄片替代睑板联合滑行结膜瓣和带蒂皮瓣移植修复眼睑缺损,共10例患者（10只眼）,随访6个月至5年.结果 术后眼睑形态及功能,无收缩性上睑内卷、睑内外翻、倒睫等合并症.植人物无吸收、移位、排斥,1例植人物暴露感染取出.结论 Medpor薄片具有良好的组织相容性及形态稳定性,易于修剪和塑形,是一种理想的睑板替代物.Objective To study using artificial synthetic medpor slices instead of tarsus-plates and clinical effects in rebuilding tarsus missing. Methods Restoration of tarsus missing links with American-produced 9546 type medpor slices in replace of tarsus-plate sliding conjunctiva and rooted valve, a total of 10 cases were subsequent followed up from six-month to five-year. Results Tarsus shape and function were restored in general, without systole in-tarsus reel or external turn, upturned eye-lash or concessions. Slices transplanted in meet no absorption, shift or exclusion, only one case of slices taken out owing to infection. Conclusions Medpor slices possess satisfactory organic solution and state stability, easy to prune and mould, thus becoming ideal tarsus-plate substitutes.
