摘　　要：采用高精度摄象机和小型手持扫描仪采样，经数字图象处理增强图象的有效信息量，再运用二维ＦＦＴ及方向滤波，较准确和及时地获取准确的纺织品纤维密度。纤维密度测量的相对误差为５％。In this paper, a practical method is presented for obtaining the fiber density. A high resolution camera and a scanner are used to obtain the digitized fiber pattern. Then we improve the useful signals in the fiber pattern by utilizing several methods of digital pattern processing. Finally the fiber density of the fiber pattern is obtained by using the two dimensional FFT and the directional filtering. The relative error of this method is about 5%.
