新型承压堵漏技术研究及在川东北地区的应用

摘　　要：针对川东北地区地质构造复杂、钻探过程中恶性漏失多的情况,研究开发了新型承压堵漏剂,并形成了适用于该地区漏失特点的堵漏工艺技术。新型承压堵漏剂在传统桥接堵漏单纯架桥、填充的基础上,引入具有较强吸水弹塑变形功能的聚合物弹性颗粒SD-1。SD-1进入漏层后,自身体积持续膨胀,且膨胀体具有很好的弹性,兼具膨胀填充和挤紧压实的作用,使堵漏剂具有较好的强化堵漏作用。室内评价实验结果表明,SD-1对钻井液的黏度及切力影响不大,且有一定的降滤失作用;对不同渗透性的砂层及岩心,均具有较好的封堵效果。在川东北的河坝1井和河坝2井的应用结果表明,新型承压堵漏剂安全系数高、可操作性强,具有封堵能力强、候凝时间短的特点。New leakage control agent under pressure was developed for the complex geological structure and more vicious leakage in drilling at northeastern Sichuan area.The corresponding technology suitable for features of this area was formed.Polymer elastic granule SD-1 ,has great hydroscopicity,was introduced and squeeze and to enhance plug intensity on the traditional techniques.After SD-1 entered the zones,it expanded continuously on volume with good elasticity.So it can play the role of sealing.It is by laboratory evaluation test that SD-1 has few influences on the viscosity and shear force of the fluid and can decrease fluid loss at certain degree.It is suitable to the sand beds and cores with leakage to fill leakage proved drilling various permeabilities.The application of it on Hebal well and Heba2 well in northeast Sichuan area shows that the new agent has the features of safety ,operability ,good effect of plugging, short waiting on cement.
