摘  要:以氯甲基化双酚A型聚砜(PSF-CH2Cl)为大分子引发剂,通过原子转移自由基聚合法(ATRP)合成了以聚砜(PSF)为疏水主链、分别以聚丙烯酸(PAA)和聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)(PNIPAAm)为亲水侧链的两种梳状两亲性共聚物PSF-g-PAA和PSF-g-PNIPAAm.利用1H-NMR和GPC对合成产物进行表征.然后,分别将PSF-g-PAA和PSF-g-PNIPAAm与PSF进行共混,通过浸没沉淀相转化法制备了共混膜.研究发现,引入20 wt%的两亲性共聚物后,PSF-g-PAA/PSF共混膜的水通量在pH=2-6区间发生明显的变化,即膜的水通量显示出典型的pH响应性;而PSF-g-PNIPAAm/PSF共混膜的纯水通量在20-60℃温度区间显示出典型的温度响应性.To prepare environmentally resporsive(ER) copolymers which are suitable for fabrication of ER polysulfone(PSF) membranes,we designed and synthesized the PSF copolymers with poly(acrylic acid)(PAA) and poly(N-isopropylacrylamide(PNIPAAm) side chains,i.e.PSF-g-PAA and PSF-g-PNIPAAm,respectively.These two comb-like copolymers were synthesized via ATRP by using a chloromethylated polysulfone as macroinitiator.The molar fraction of PAA and PNIPAAm in the resultant copolymers estimated from1H-NMR is 0.538 and 0.896,respectively.In using as additives for PSF membranes prepared by the phase inversion process,the comb-like copolymers segregate to the membrane surfaces,delivering improved porosity,average pore diameters,hydrophilicity,and ER properties compared to pure PSF membranes.For instance,20 wt% PSF-g-PAA/PSF and 20 wt% PSF-g-PNIPAAm/PSF blend membranes can be completely wet by water within 35 s and 90 s,respectively.The flux of the aqueous solution through the 20 wt% PSF-g-PAA/PSF membrane decreases with increasing the solution pH valuse from 1 to 6.The water permeation rate through the 20 wt% PSF-g-PNIPAAm/PSF membrane increases with increasing water temperature from 25℃ to 60℃.
