摘　　要：在波长锁定器的测试系统中,通过GPIB总线接口实现了计算机对可调谐激光器(Tunable Laser Source)的控制。通过设置不同波长,利用串口,可实时从波长锁定器获得采样数据,并显示于前端。通过采样数据画出电流/波长曲线,可完成曲线的显示保存功能,并能根据曲线分析波长锁定器的各项指标值。结果表明,这一测试系统非常实用,适用于波长锁定器产品的生产测试使用。Througth GPIB interface,computer can control the Tunable Laser Source in testing system for the wavelength locker research. The sampling data can be got from wavelength locker througth Serial port on time when setting different wavelength and the result could display on the PC.With the sampling data,the electricity/wavelength curve can be drawn,displayed and stored,according to the curve,the parameters can be analyzed. The result shows that the system is very convenient and efficient and fit for the developing,testing and using of the wavelength locker.
