摘　　要：改进运动员速滑技术对各级速滑教练员永远是一个需要认真解决的问题。世界冠军王曼丽的教练在其多年的运动训练过程中,为了改进其技术采用了各种方法。主要介绍了王曼丽的教练寻找运动员主要技术缺点与产生的原因,以及充分运用电化教学法分析、研究速滑技术与改进运动员的技术等等,并指出运用这些方法时应该注意的问题。It＇s an eternal problem for the coach seriously considering how to improve the technique of speed skating. The coach of WANG Man - li （ world champion） used the whole bag of tricks improving her speed skating technique in training for years. The article has a summarization on the these methods such as how to catch the main technique weakness, how to find out the cause of technique weakness, how to encourage her improving the technique, how to have an analysis teaching with video information and so on. It also indicates the notice about these methods.
