借大冬会机遇促进我国冰雪体育事业多元化发展

摘　　要：2009年世界大学生冬季运动会在中国举办,为中国冰雪体育事业向多元化发展提供了历史机遇。认为大冬会促进我国冰雪体育的良性发展,吸引更多的人关注并参与冰雪运动,提高社会各行业参与冰雪体育事业发展的层面与力度,实现高标准的场馆建设与基础设施改善,对中国冰雪体育事业的多元化、可持续发展带来了积极的影响。提出人才培养的政府主导、社会参与多元化体制模式,建立多渠道的产业发展投资主体,提高行业的合理布局、协调发展与管理的科学水平等措施促进我国冰雪体育事业的多元化发展。The 2009 winter universiade which was held in China is a valuable historic opportunity for the diversification development of Chinese ice - snow sports. The article thinks that the winter universiade can advance the well development of Chinese ice - snow sports, attract more people to make time in the ice - snow sports, reinforce the social various strength to participate in the ice -snow sports development. It suggests some countermeasures for advancing the diversification development of Chinese ice - snow sports ： promote the government leading role in cultivating the relational talents, establish the diversification system mode of social participation, encourage the various investment entities in developing the relational industries, improve the industry layout rationality and development compatibility and management scientificity.
