摘  要:在面向服务的体系架构(SOA)中,业务流程的活动分析和流程再设计是其重要的一个方面。复杂流程的建模是一个耗时且需专家参与的工作,作为"业务流程再造"的技术之一,流程挖掘是监控商务活动和提高业务流程建模效率的重要方法,是目前新兴的建模研究领域。设计与实现了以α-算法为基础的图形化与可交互的流程挖掘系统,它的核心思想是运用企业中的信息系统流程日志构建流程模型,并对挖掘系统的结果进行了分析验证。In the Service-oriented Architecture (SOA),business process analysis of the activities and process re-design is one of its important aspects.Complexity of the modeling process is a time-consuming and required the participation of experts,as a "Business Process Reengineering" skills,process mining is an effective way of monitoring business activities and improving work flow modeling efficiency,is the emerging field of modeling.The design and implementation of a graphic and interactive process mining system was described which was based on a-algorithm,its core idea is to extract information about processes from process logs,and the excavation analysis of the results of certification was given.
