摘　　要：通过对风险评估技术和方法的研究,改进现有技术方法的不足,提出面向网络犯罪的风险评估模型。当安全事件发生身后,为利用法律手段主动打击现实威胁,提供了线索和证据。This paper through to risk assessment technology and method research, improvement existing technology method flaw, realization daily, use technical management method guarantee information system passive security. When the security event occurs after death, for the use law method initiative attack reality threat, the deterrent latent threat provides the clue and the evidence.
