摘　　要：主要讨论在综合计费帐务系统后台引入控制平台的概念,以实现后端的集中管控能力。对后端所有应用进程进行统一监视、统一管理,保证系统运行稳定,并且形成从整体业务处理角度出发的并发处理机制,最大限度地使用系统资源,保证系统运行效率。This paper mainly discusses that the control platform is applied in the background of Integration Bill Account System for the background processing＇s centralized control capability. The control platform carries on unified surveillance and management of all the background＇s application process to ensure that the system is running stably. It can also form the concurrent process mechanism in terms of the overall business processing, and maximize the use of system resources to ensure that the system is running efficiently.
