HPLC测定氯硝安定在中毒家兔体内的分布研究

摘　　要：目的：测定氯硝安定在急性中毒家兔体内的分布情况。方法：家兔按１２ｍｇ／ｋｇ剂量灌胃造成急性中毒２ｈ，用固相萃取及ＨＰＬＣ法测定其体内药物浓度。结果：氯硝安定在家兔体内血、胆汁、尿液、肝、肾、脾、肺、心及脑中的平均浓度分别为０．５７±０．０４２、０．８１±０．０３２、０．６８±０．０４０、０．０４５±０．００４５、０．０９８±０．００７９、０．０２７±０．００４９、０．１８±０．０３２、０．４５±０．０３７、０．４１±０．０２６（μｇ／ｍｌ或μｇ／ｇ）。结论：氯硝安定在急性中毒家兔体内的分布不均匀，血、尿。Objective:To study the distribution of clonazepam in poisoned rabbit's organs Methods:Two hours after P O 12mg/kg,the concentration of clonazepam in organs was determined by the solid-phase extraction and the high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results: The distributions of clonazepam in blood, bile ,urine,liver,kidney,spleen,lungs,heart ,brain of poisoned rabbits were 0 57± 0 042,0 81±0 032, 0 68±0 040,0 045±0 0045,0 098± 0 0079,0 027±0 0049,0 18±0 032,0 45±0 037,0 41±0 026 (μg/ml or μg/g) Conclusion:Distribution of clonazepam in poisoned rabbits is unsymmetrical Blood,bile and urine are better samples for analysis of clonazepam poisoning victim
