摘 要:目的对亳州地区储藏中药材粉螨孳生情况的调查研究。方法对亳州地区采集54种储藏中药材采用直接镜检法及电热集螨法对540份样本进行分离、鉴定、计数等数据处理。结果在四种不同储藏物中分离出粉螨38种,隶属粉螨亚目7科21属,孳生密度17.69只/g~452.75只/g,平均孳生密度达71.25只/g。结论亳州地区的储藏中药材中粉螨危害情况严重,应加强对亳州地区储藏中药材的粉螨危害的防治,提高储藏中药材的经济价值,防止人体螨病。Objective To investigate acaroid mites breeding in storaged traditional Chinese medicinal materials in Bozhou area. Methods 540 samples from 54 kinds of storaged traditional Chinese medicinal mate-rials collected in Bozhou area were separated, identified and counted under microscope. Results 38 species of acaroid mites belonging to 21 genera and 7 families were separated and identified from the collected samples. The density of acaroid mites was from 17.69/g to 452.75/g, and the average density was 71.25/g. Conclusion The storaged traditional Chinese medicinal materials in Bozhou area are severely polluted by acaroid mites, some measures should be taken to protect the medicinal materials from mites, so as to raise its economic value, and to avoid mite disease.
