摘　　要：（金融）监管治理，可以理解为狭义的公共治理或者公共治理在（金融）监管领域的具体表现形式。如何更有效的进行（金融）监管治理，设计出一套比较合理且有效的制度安排？国内外的研究者们给我们提供了比较好的线索。本文尝试梳理这些文献，为以后的研究提供一个基础性的资料。Supervision and governance can be understood as a narrow public governance or one of the specific expressing forms of public governance in the （financial） regulatory area. The researchers at home and abroad have provided us with a better clue on how to carry out the （financial） regulatory governance more effectively and how to design a set of more reasonable and effective institutional arrangements. This paper attempts to sort out these documents for future research to provide a basic file.
