摘　　要：企业基本养老保险是我国养老保险制度的基石,努力化解老龄化社会与政府隐性债务带来的威胁,科学、合理地分析影响基本养老保险基金安全运行的各种风险因素,防止、减少各种不测事件可能给基本养老保险基金带来的损失,已成为确保基本养老保险基金安全运行的当务之急。The enterprise basic old -age insurance is our country old -age insurance system＇s cornerstone, melts the threat which diligently the aging society and the government recessive debt bring, the science, analyzes the influence basic old - age insurance fund safe operation reasonably each kind of risk factor, prevents, to reduce each kind of eventuality possibly to give the loss which the basic old -age insurance fund brings, has become guarantees the basic old -age insurance fund safe operation the urgent matter
