摘  要:压裂液在压裂过程中起传递压力和携带支撑剂的作用,但也会给储层带来损害,严重时造成油气井减产。川西侏罗系气藏是一个典型的低压致密气藏,水力加砂压裂是该气藏增产改造的主要措施。岩心流动试验证明,该气藏储层敏感性较强,是压裂增产措施中潜在的损害因素。目前现场使用的压裂液对川西地区储层和支撑充填层均存在损害,损害原因除地层潜在的敏感损害因素外,还与压裂液残渣形成的滤饼,未完全破胶的有机胶团以及滤液滞留地层引起的相渗透率下降等有关,通过储层岩心敏感性评价试验和压裂液损害评价试验,认为"水锁"是造成川西侏罗系低渗气层压裂液损害的主要原因。Fracturing fluid had the function of delivering pressure and carrying proppant,but it also caused formation damage,sometimes caused oil and gas well underproduction.Chuanxi Jura gas reservoir was one typical low pressure tight gas reservoir,hydraulic fracturing was the main measure of stimulation in this gas reservoir.Rock core flow experimental demonstrated that sensibility of this gas reservoir formation was relatively intensive.It was the potential damage factor of hydraulic fracturing stimulation.Field fracturing fluid had the damage both in reservoir bed and prop pack layer in Western Sichuan.These cause damages include potential sensitivity of formation,cake filtration of fracturing fluid residue,organo-micelle of incompletely viscosity breaking and filtrate residence.Water blocks would first cause fracturing fluid damage in Chuanxi Jura gas reservoir.
