关于民航交通运输院校教育热点问题的若干思考

摘　　要：民航空中交通管制员与飞行签派员的成长是一个长期而复杂的过程。本文主要从院校教育的角度，针对我国目前管制员与签派员教育、培训体制现状进行分析，借鉴国外先进经验和方法，从学生入学、理论及实践教育、实习以及经费统筹与师资建设等方面提出改革构想与措施，以期对我国管制员和签派员的教育培训工作起到一定的积极作用。The growth of air traffic controller and flight dispatcher is a long-term but complicated course. This paper mainly in terms of education of universities and colleges, analyzes controller＆dispatcher, training system of our country education at current situation, draws lessons from advanced experience and methods in foreign countries, gives reform ideas and measures of student＇s enrollment, theory education, practising, funds pool and teachers＇ construction, and expects to improve controller＆dispatcher education and training of our country.
