摘　　要：目的了解辽宁省盖州市布鲁氏菌患者感染情况。方法采用流行病学调查、血清学和病原菌分离方法,对2004-2007年重点人群进行布鲁氏菌病监测。结果盖州市重点人群布鲁氏菌感染率为18.63%,流行菌株为羊种布鲁氏菌。结论应加强布鲁氏菌病的防制工作。Objective To investigate the current status of brucellosis among human in Gaizhou. Methods The epidemiological survey, brucella isolation and serological identification were conducted among key population. Results The positive rate of Brucella infection was 18.63% in the key population in Gaizhou. The predominating strain was Brucella melitensis. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of brucellosis.
