摘 要:采用不同浓度的3种消毒剂再处理经过暗沉淀、过滤初级处理的罗氏沼虾育苗废水24 h后,开展小球藻、蒙古裸腹溞培养与罗氏沼虾育苗的小型试验和生产性试验,依据培育效果探讨再处理废水的消毒剂适宜浓度。结果表明:培养小球藻的百杀迪、溴氯海因、臭氧再处理废水24 h的适宜浓度分别为10.0 mg/L、0.35 mg/L和28 mg/L,培养蒙古裸腹溞的百杀迪、溴氯海因、臭氧再处理废水24 h的适宜浓度分别为1.5mg/L、3.0 mg和28 mg/L,培育罗氏沼虾幼体的百杀迪、溴氯海因、臭氧再处理废水24 h的适宜浓度分别为10.0 mg/L、10.0 mg/L和28 mg/L;并成功取得10 mg/L溴氯海因、28 mg/L臭氧再处理的废水培育罗氏沼虾幼体出苗率分别为30%、37%的生产性试验结果。The different concentrations of Bacid, C5H6BrClN2O2 and ozone were optimized to treat the wastewater for twenty hours which was preliminarily treated by sedimintation in darkroom and filtering from hatchery for breeding Macrobrachiii rosenbergii larvae by the small-scale experiment and the production test of culturing Chlorella vulgaris, Moina Mongolia and cultivationg M. rosenbergii larvae. The results showed that the optimal concentrations of Bacid, C5 H6BrClN2O2 and ozone to retreat wastewater for 24 hours for culturing Chlorella vulgaris were 10.0 mg/L, 0.35 mg/L, and 28 mg/L respectively;the optimal concentrations for culturing Moina Mongolia were 1.5 mg/L, 3.0 mg and 28 mg/L respectively and the optimal concentrations for culturing M. rocembergii larvae were 10.0 mg/L, 10.0 mg/L and 28 mg/L respectively. In production tests, when M. rosenbergii larvae were cultured in the water treated with the optimized concentration 10 mg/L and 28 mg/L of C5H6BrClN2O2 and ozone ,the survival rates were 30%, and 37% respectively conpared with the control group 21%, which indicaties that the disinfectants significantly improved the water quality of the breeding wastewater.
