摘  要:由于人们生态环境意识不强,对水利工程引起的生态环境问题认识不足,有些水利工程在兴建后给渔业生态环境带来了不利影响,亟待深刻认识其对渔业资源的影响并制定相关对策措施。在分析水工建筑对渔业资源影响的基础上,提出了一些针对水工建筑建设的长江渔业资源的保护建议,包括工程性措施:修建过鱼设施、更新水工程建设理念、实施水库的生态调度;非工程措施:建立珍稀鱼类自然保护区(保护江段)、实行人工增殖放流、加强环境监测与科研、建立补偿机制、健全法制建设强化渔政管理、提高保护意识。Due to awareness of the effects in the project planning and design, there isn't enough research on hydraulic project. Some of hydraulic projects have already brought a lot of adverse effects on fishery environment. Based on the analysis of the hydraulic structure on fishery resources, the writer presents some measures for the protection of the fisheries in Yangtze River, which include the engineering measures : to build up the fish passing facilities, to renew the conception of the construction of hydraulic project, to implement the ecological reservoir operation; and the non-engineering measures: to establish the natural reserve of rare fish species, to practice the artificial reproduction and releasing of fish species, to reinforce the environment monitor and research, to establish an ecological compensation mechanism, to improve the legal system and to enhance the consciousness of protection.
