科学发展观导向下图书馆知识创新的激励策略

摘　　要：科学发展观作为一个完整的理论体系,对图书馆的发展有着重要的理论和实践意义。要想实现图书馆的可持续发展,知识创新是首要之图,知识创新作为行为结果,究其根源应在图书馆内部建立有力的激励体制。本文从阐述知识创新在图书馆发展中的重要地位入手,分析了影响图书馆知识创新的相关因素,在此基础上从潜在激励、体制激励、心理激励和效益激励四个方面提出了图书馆知识创新的激励策略。The scientific concept of development as a complete theoretical system , has an important theoretical and practical significance to the development of the library. In order to achieve the sustainable development of libraries, Knowledge innovation is the most important of the map, knowledge innovation as the Acts result. If we try to identify the root causes of the library Knowledge innovation should be a strong incentive system.In this paper, it is complied with setting forth knowledge innovation starting in library important position in developing, analysis of the related factors impacting the library knowledge innovation. On this basis, From the potential incentives, institutional incentives and psychological motivation and efficiency of incentives put forward four libraries incentive strategy for knowledge innovation.
