保健型液体防护手套的研制

摘　　要：目的：机械修理、石油化工、印刷、油漆等行业的劳动者，常因与油品或粉尘直接接触可引起各种皮肤病及油污难以清洗，为此研制一种既隔离油污又容易清洗的液体防护手套。方法：采用乙醇、丙三醇、聚乙烯醇为主要原料，以正交试验法制成一种亲水、耐油、易洗的液体保护剂。结果：该产品涂手上数分钟即可干燥成膜，能有效地阻挡油污与皮肤的直接接触。结论：本产品可达到防止油污污染皮肤的目的。Objective: The workers in mechine repairment petrol-chemisty,print and paint etc are alway in trouble because dermatosis and dirty due to contact with oil, dust in daily. The products which oil-proof and clear easy to skin are obtained by the works. Methods: The liquid proof products which combine water easy, oil-proof and wash easy are made by alcohol, propenyl alcohol and polyrinyl alcohol manily in least square method experiment.Results: The film are obtained after few minuts when hands coated with the products, then the goals which skin can′t contact with oil are obtained, and the health of workers are ensured. Conclusion: The products have serial profits; small invest, repay in short time and remarkable.
