摘  要:针对普通高温超导磁轴承刚度小、承载力低、悬浮间隙难以调节等不足,设计了一种由永磁体、超导块材及超导线圈组成的新型悬浮系统。在此基础上,利用临界态模型及商用有限元软件分析了其悬浮力随间隙变化的规律,通过分析对比,证明了仿真计算与实验测试具有良好的一致性。研究结果表明:引入超导线圈可提高轴承的承载能力,增大轴承刚度,便于调节悬浮间隙,有利于其高速稳定运行,同时还能降低系统的功耗。There are some defects of traditional high temperature superconducting magnetic bearings, such as small load capacity, low stiffness and having a difficulty in adjusting its working displacement. In order to resolve above problems, we have designed a new suspending system, which is composed of permanent magnets, high temperature superconductors and superconducting coils. Based on critical state model and commercial finite element software, some simulated analysis of the static levitation force have been done and proved the rationality of the design. Comparing the simulated result with the experimental data, we draw a conclusion that the data of simulation can be accepted and have a referenced value in a certain extent. It also indicates that applying this design will be helpful to improve the performance of HTSMB and synchronously reduce its power loss.
