摘 要:作者已经发展了基于NbTi大口径的用于紧凑结构的超导储能超导磁体系统用于材料冲击特性的研究,超导磁体的运行电流为350A,磁体总体储能为1.2MJ,超导磁体有480mm的内直径,500mm高。整个超导磁体采用两台GM制冷机冷却。通过GM制冷机的制冷实现减压降温,正常运行温度为3.8K。超导磁体使用Bi2223高温超导电流引线供电。详细报导了系统的设计和建造以及运行特性。We have designed, fabricated and tested a kind of large-bore NbTi superconducting magnet cooled by liquid helium to develop the stable and compact small-sized superconducting magnetic energy storage (SMES) magnet that can generate high power and large current for studying material characteristics. The operating current of superconducting magnet is 350 A with maximum storage of 1.2 MJ. The coil has the bore size of Φ 480 mm, outer diameter of 560 mm and height of 500 mm. The cryogenic system takes two GM cryo-coolers to cool the whole system. The normal operating temperature of the magnet is about 3.8 K by reducing pressure of liquid helium. The high temperature superconducting current lead of Bi2223 is used and cooled through one GM cryo-cooler to realize absolute zero vapor liquid helium. In the paper, we report on the design, fabrication and test of the superconducting magnet system in detail.
