摘  要:对MgB2/Fe带材超导接头的焊接工艺进行了实验研究。首先去除带材末端的部分包裹层,再用Mg、B混合粉连接,并加压处理,最后在Ar保护气氛中热处理制成接头。样品电阻、临界电流和应力、应变性能的实验结果表明已实现坚固的具有超导电流通道的连接,其最大临界电流达本体的70%以上。MgB2 is a superconductor with potential applications in a variety of areas. For simplifying the material preparation, decreasing the Ohmic losses of the joint and building closed circuits in the superconductive magnets, it is necessary to join two or more MgB2 composite tapes with superconductive joints. In this paper, jointing techniques of MgB2 composite tapes were developed and the properties of the joint were experimentally measured. At the end of the tape, part of the Fe sheath was firstly removed using mechanical methods, then two pieces of the tape were contacted each other with stoichiometric mixed Mg and B powders filled in the gap between the revealed core and a joint was formed. After that, uniaxial pressure was applied to the joint, then it was sintered in a furnace with Ar protection atmosphere.The measured contact resistance, critical current Ic and the mechanical properties, such as the stress and strain effects of the joint demonstrated that the joint was firm and a superconductive current channel was founded. The maximum critical current of the joint can be higher than 70% of that of the original jointless tape.
