摘 要:从等效电路模型出发提出了改进螺旋绕制法解决高温超导大电流母线导体层电流分布不均的问题。根据超导带材的机械性能,得到绕制螺旋角的范围,通过改进螺旋绕制法计算出导体层绕制的螺旋角以达到电流均匀分布。提出20kA高温超导大电流母线的优化设计方案,并计算出母线的磁场分布及交流损耗。结果表明,以上方法可以使导体层电流分布均匀,提高超导材料利用率。Based on equivalent circuit model of HTS (High Temperature Superconductor) large current bus, a spiral winding method is introduced to resolve the non-uniform current distribution among layers of HTS large current bus. The wining angle of conductors depends on mechanical characteristics and can be accurately calculated. Uniformity of current distribution can be maken sure in spiral winding method. In this paper a model of 20 kA HTS large current bus is presented. Magnetic field and AC losses are calculated. This result indicates that the method is available to uniform current and makes full use of high-Tc superconductors.
