摘  要:化学镀是制备钯复合膜的主要方法。由于多孔载体固有的表面粗糙度,使得化学镀工艺存在顶膜易产生缺陷、金属沉积速度较慢、致密程度差,膜层不均匀、厚度不易控制、透氢性能差等缺点,影响了膜的致密性和分离效果。通过改进活化工艺和化学镀工艺可以获得较为理想的钯复合膜。近年来的研究表明,降低膜层厚度,保证膜层的致密性和均匀性,提高膜的渗透速率,仍是化学镀制备钯复合膜研究的重点。Electroless plating is one of dominating methods for preparing Pd composite membrane. Because of the porous substance is intrinsic surface roughness, electroless plating process has a number of disadvantages, such as the easily-occurring top film defect,the slower metal deposition velocity, low dense degree of deposits, no-uniformity of membranes, difficultly-controling thickness, inferior hydrogen permeation performance and so on. All of these can affect the dense property and gas separation efficiency of membrane. The desired Pd composite membrane can be achieved by improving the activating and electroless plating process. Recent investigations indicate that reducing thickness, ensuring compact performance and uniformity, and enhancing metal deposition velocity, still remain focus of investigation of Pd composite membranes prepared by electroless plating method.
