摘  要:钼中添加铼可以提高钼的室温塑性及高温强度,从本质上改善钼的脆性特征,扩大应用范围,但当铼含量较高时会出现加工硬化现象。在冷轧过程中表现为边裂、起皮,多道次轧制厚度不减。通过对冷轧过程的压缩模拟试验,找出加工硬化的规律及影响因素,分析轧制过程出现问题的主要原因,据此改进了轧制工艺,轧出合格板材。Adding Re to Mo can improve room temperature ductility and elevated temperature strength of Mo, and then improve the brittle behaviour essentially to expand the field of application. However when the content of Re is higher it will bring on strain-hardening whose behaviour is side crack and crusting in cold reduction process, and thickness without lessening in multipass rolling. The method and influence factor of strain hardening was found out by the reduction simulation experiment on cold reduction process we analyzed the main reason of the problem on cold reduction process, then hereby improved the rolling mill practice, and finally obtained on-gauge plates.
