摘 要:试验研究了赤泥对矿渣少熟料全尾砂膏体胶结充填料性能的影响。结果表明赤泥能有效激发该体系的活性,解决了矿渣少熟料全尾砂膏体胶结充填料早期强度低的问题,赤泥的优化掺量为24%(占胶凝材料总量),1d抗压强度约为3.6MPa是不掺赤泥的抗压强度的6.5倍,3d与7d强度分别能达到5.3,7.2MPa,满足矿山充填的要求。The effect of red mud on the performance of the whole-tailings paste filling material with blast furnace slag and minor clinker has been investigated. The results showed that red mud can effectively stimulate the activity of the system. And some problems of low compressive strength at early stage can be resolved accordingly. The optimized content of the red mud is 24% of the total cementing materials. The 1 d compressive strength of the samples is 3.6 MPa, and is as much as 6.5 times of that without red mud. Besides, the 3 d and 7 d compressive strength is 5.3 MPa and 7.2 MPa respectively, which can meet the requirement of mine backfilling.
