摘  要:针对半导体激光器的光束谱合成系统结构及其特点,利用Lang-Kobayashi模型建立的速率方程,在稳态情况下,推导出单个子光束经谱合成系统后的效率公式,并进一步讨论了多个光源经谱合成系统后的合成效率及其影响因素。研究结果表明:半导体激光器经谱合成系统的效率与半导体激光器输出端面和外腔输出耦合镜的反射率的相对大小、变换透镜和望远镜系统的透过率、闪耀光栅的衍射效率以及系统的耦合效率有关;在实际工程设计中,要尽可能提高变换透镜和望远镜系统的透过率、闪耀光栅的衍射效率以及系统的耦合效率,并综合考虑系统效率和光谱稳定性的要求,对半导体激光器输出端面和输出耦合镜的反射率进行优化设计。According to the structure and characteristics of the spectral beam combining (SBC) systems of diode laser, the analytical expression for the efficiency of a single beam passing through the SBC system had been derived by using the rate equations from the Lang-Kobayashi model on the condition of steady state. The combining efficiency of SBC system and its influence factors had been discussed. The results reveal that the combining efficiency of diode laser depends on the reflectivities of out facet of the diode laser and the output coupling mirror of the external cavity, the transmissions of the transform lens and the telescope, the diffraction efficiency of the grating and the coupling efficiency of the whole system. In the applications, it is necessary to improve the transmissions of the transform lens and the telescope system, the diffraction efficiency of the grating and the coupling efficiency of the whole system. Furthermore, the reflectivities of out facet and the output coupling mirror should be optimized by synthetically considering the system efficiency and spectrum stabilization.
