摘　　要：CRM系列立式辊磨采用了非完全限定矿床挤压粉碎的原理,与球磨机相比,节约电耗30%左右;兼中碎、烘干、选粉的功能,可用于粉磨各种原燃料,如石灰石、砂岩、煤、水泥熟料、高炉矿渣等;设备运转率高、噪音小、振动小、密闭性能好、无扬尘,金属磨损低,对成品质量控制快捷,更换产品灵活,可实行智能化、自动化控制等优点。在广安桂兴水泥公司生料制备系统中,在产品细度满足80μm筛余<12%的条件下,CRM3604立磨平均产量达210 t/h,最大产量可达260 t/h,系统平均电耗小于20 kWh/t。Adopting the principle of non-absolute limitation to mineral extrusion grinding,CRM series vertical roller mill can save about 30%of power consumption compeared with ball mills.It has multifunctions of secondary crushing,drying and separation, and can be used for grinding various raw materials and solid feuls such as limestone,sandstone,coal,cement clinker and blast furnace slag etc.This mill has exhibited the advantages of high operation rate,low noise,low vibration,good sealing property without dust emanation, low metal wear rate,rapid control to products quality, flexible to products alternation,easy to realise automatic and intellectual smart control.In the raw meal preparation system at Guang'an Guixing Cement Co.,everage output of the CRM3604 roller mill has reached to 210t/h with the maximum output of 260t/h under the condition of products Blane fineness at<12%residue on 80μm sieve,and with the everage power consumption of less than 20kWh/t for whole system.
