摘　　要：烧结炉主要用于压电陶瓷的烧结,是整个压电陶瓷生产工艺流程中的关键设备之一,其主要功能在于对叠压和热切后的陶瓷片进行排胶和烧结成型。主要从炉体结构上和电气控制上介绍压电陶瓷烧结炉的温度实现,重点介绍控制系统的硬件控制组成及原理和软件控制,以及在炉体设计时体现出的独特的设计理念和创新性。Sintering furnace is a key equipment in the production of piezo ceramic. The main functions are adhesive discharge and sinter of piezo ceramic after laminating and hot cutting. Mainly introduce the temperature control of piezo ceramic sintering furnace from furnace structur design and electrical control, expecially the composition and principle of hardware control system and software control, and the innovation and new design diea.
