摘　　要：长期以来,城乡公共品供给状况的巨大差距,以及"城乡分治"的供给制度安排,深为社会各界所诟病,成为社会关注和讨论的焦点。文章构建了一个城乡公共品供给理论模型,揭示和反映城乡公共品之间的相对竞争关系,推导出公共资源在城乡间配置的均衡条件,并结合模型结论,提出进一步改善农村公共品供给的若干政策建议。For a long period, there exists a big gap between urban and rural areas in supply of public goods. So the institutional arrangement of separate management between urban and rural areas becomes a social spotlight. The author makes an analysis on the competition relation between urban and rural areas, points out its condition for balancing public goods between urban and rural areas, sets up a supply model and comes up with some suggestions to better rural public goods.
