摘　　要：采用氨纶精练剂TF-109对锦/氨纶织物进行精练,通过单因素分析和正交试验,以探讨精练工艺条件对织物精练效果的影响。结果表明,精练剂TF-109浓度是影响精练效果的主要因素;较佳工艺条件为:TF-109浓度6g/L,精练温度80℃,精练时间20min,浴比为1∶30。Nylon/ polyurethane fabric was scoured with scouring agent TF-109. Scouring effects on fabric were investigated by orthogonal experiment and the method of single factor analysis. The results showed that the main factor of capillary effect was the concentration of scouring agent. The optimal technological parameter was the concentration of scouring agent 6 g/L, the temperature of 80 ℃, the reaction time 20 min, and liquor ratio 1： 30.
