摘　　要：灯芯绒的霜花机理是根据灯芯绒用大多数硫化染料不耐强氧化剂的特点,在已染的硫化地色绒峰上进行氧化处理。介绍了彩色霜花灯芯绒的生产技术,包括前处理、霜花工艺、霜花施液方式、彩色霜花的辊筒制作和印制,以及后整理等。其前处理工艺的特点是采用二次烧毛,省略煮漂工序,着重酶退浆;霜花处理时可采用高锰酸钾法和次氯酸钠法;彩色霜花灯芯绒的后整理主要是普通水洗、超柔软水洗和生物酶水洗。The production technology of multicolor frosted corduroy was introduced, including pretreatment, frosting process, the application way of liquid, the production of the printing roller and the double printing effect, as well as the after treatment. The characteristic of pretreatment for multicolor frosted corduroy were, singeing, without scouring and bleaching, and with fo- cus on enzyme desizing. The frosting processes with potassium permanganate and sodium hypochlorite were introduced. The after treatment of multicolor frosted corduroy was classified as common washing, super soft washing and enzyme washing.
