女性紧身裤结构参数与样板优化设计的探讨

摘　　要：通过分析女下肢体特征及下肢体工学,指出常见紧身裤结构设计中,臀围松量、臀围与腰围前后差处理以及各细部结构数据的不合理性.探讨紧身裤的结构与样板优化设计,使紧身裤既能体现人体的曲线美,又不影响人们的活动与健康,并能与女下肢体达到吻合,符合下肢体运动功能,从而得到合理的、科学的紧身裤结构样板,为女紧身裤结构样板设计提供参考.The irrationalities that include structure data of hip tolerance,treatment of fore-and-aft difference of hip and waist and each detailed part in tight trousers structure design were pointed out by analyzing the women＇s lower body physical size and characteristics of ergonomics.And the structure and optimizing design method of women tight trousers pattern were discussed to reflect the body curve beauty,not to effect on people＇s healthy and activity and to inosculate with the women＇s lower body feature for according with lower extremity movement function.A rational and scientific structure design of light trousers was got and provided reference for lady tight trousers structure design.
