摘  要:粗纱机的进步从棉纺工程的牵伸改进开始,使粗纱的道数减少;由托锭翼转化成悬锭翼的改变使粗纱机走向高速化;多电动机独立传动,取消铁炮无级变速和差动机构,实现了高速高质量纺纱;锭翼、筒管分组传动,取消了长轴、万向联轴节,颠覆了传统传动结构,使粗纱机实现了更高速、更高质量纺纱。The progress of roving machine is started from the improvement of spinning drafting system which reduces the processes of roving. The replacement of conventional flyer by suspended flyer makes roving machine run at high -speed, multi -motor independent drive canceled the parts such as steeples driving cone gear and differential gear unit to have high - quality and high - speed spinning achieved, flyer and bobbin spimtle packet transmission canceled the parts such as long axis and universal coupling drive and has converted the traditional driving structure, leading to more high - speed and high - quality spinning of roving machine.
