摘  要:对6块棉/XLA包芯纱纬弹面料分别进行常规整理、液氨整理、液氨+潮交联整理试验,测试评价各面料的抗皱性和弹性,结果表明,经液氨+潮交联整理的棉/XLA混纺交织面料抗皱性最好,经+纬回复角达315°,超过日清纺公司棉织物免烫合格标准280°的要求;6块面料整理后的弹性基本相近,与未经抗皱整理织物的弹性范围相符,说明在功能整理过程中,弹性并没有损失。Six samples of XLA/cotton weft elastic fabrics have been regularly finished, finished with liquid ammonia and'finished with combined liquid ammonia and liquid cross linking respectively with each sample's wrinkle resistant and stretch properties tested. The result shows that the fabric finished by use of combined liquid ammonia and liquid cross linking is of the best wrinkle - resistance with the angle of weft and warp recovery being up to 315° , which is better than the qualified standard set by Nisshinbo. Six finished samples are of the similar stretch which is identical with that of non - finished fabric. This indicates that the fabric stretch is not lost in the process of wrinkle - resistant finishing.
