摘 要:分析了几种环保浆料与PVA浆料的上浆性能指标和实际应用效果,探讨了提高环保浆料应用效果的途径。研究结果表明:几种环保浆料除浆纱断裂伸长和耐磨性远差于PVA浆料外,其他指标都接近或超过PVA浆料,而且使用环保浆料上浆的织造效率大部分高于PVA浆料上浆的织造效率,采用纳米无机浆料添加剂、优化浆液配方或适当提高上浆率是提高环保浆料应用效果的有效途径。In this paper are analyzed the sizing performance index and practical use effect of several environmental protective sizes and PVA size, and discussed the ways to widen its application of environmental protective sizes. The result indicates that, except that the breaking elongation and abrasion resistance of the yam sized by environment protective size is far beyond PVA, the other parameters are all closed to or even better than that of PVA. Its weaving efficiency is also mostly higher than that of PVA. The application of environmental protective sizes can be effectively widened by using nano- inorganic size additives, optimizing sizing instructions and properly raising sizing performances.
