摘  要:以自编调查问卷随机整群抽样方法调查了福建省15所高校2454名具有高职称的教师,调查内容包括个人一般资料,调查前14 d内的健康状况,调查前半a患慢性病状况和健康的自我评价.调查结果表明,只有8.6%调查对象在调查前14 d觉得自己的健康状况好;37.6%的调查对象在调查前半a内患有医生诊断的慢性病,其中男教师高于女教师,教授高于副教授,博导高于硕导和无担任导师职务者,有社会兼职者高于无社会兼职者,重点学科教师高于一般学科教师.高校高职称教师健康状况总体较差,以男教师、教授、博导、有社会兼职者、重点学科的教师为突出.2 454 teachers with high-professional title in 15 institutions of higher learning were investigated by taking the self-design questionnaire as the investigation tool and by means of cluster sampling. The content of this investigation includes personal general information, the health status 14 days ago before investigation, the status of chronic diseases they got half a year ago before investigation and self-evaluation on their health. The conclu- sions of investigation indicate that only 8.6% investigators feel themselves in good physical fitness 14 days before investigation, 37.6% of the investigators affected the chronic diseases diagnosed by the doctors half a year ago, among whose rate males are higher than females; professors are higher than associate professors,PHD advisors are higher than master advisors and those without taking advisor occupation, the teachers with social part-time job are higher than those without taking any part-time job, the teachers of priority discipline are higher than those of general discipline. The health status of teachers with high-professional title in the institutions of higher learning is not satisfying. The problem is more prominent among the male teachers, professors, PHD advisors, social pluralists and the teachers of key-sub- ject.
