摘 要:对避雨栽培和大田栽植的红地球葡萄叶片和果穗病害发生情况及避雨设施对光照强度的影响进行了调查分析。结果表明,避雨栽培葡萄叶片霜霉病平均发病率比露地栽培降低了27.51个百分点,病情指数降低了19.55个百分点,预防效果显著;由于2种栽培制度下都采用了果穗套袋,果穗的感病率都比较低,避雨栽培的果穗发病率与露地相比仅降低了1.91%。棚膜对光照强度影响较大,不同厚度的棚膜,棚内光照强度比棚外光照强度降低了29.45~31.37%。Red Globe grape cultivar was used as material for studying the effect of rainproof cultivation on the light intensity and disease incidence on grape clusters and leaves under shed conditions and in field.Results showed that the leaves infected percentage of Plasmopara viticola Berlese et DE Toni was reduced by 27.5% and the disease index was decreased by 19.55 under rainproof cultivation.It clearly illustrated that the rainproof cultivation has significant effect in controlling disease infection on grape leaves.Since the fruit clusters in both growing conditions were all protected in special fruit bags,the disease injuries on fruit clusters were reasonably very low.Therefore,the effect of rainproof in preventing disease infect on fruit clusters was not so great as on leaves,the difference of disease incidence on fruit clusters under two growing conditions was only 1.91 percent.The shelter film had great influence on light penetration.The light intensity under shelter was reduced by 29.45 to 31.37 percent depended on the thickness of the film.
